Navigate to the Work-Based Training section in the SkilledTradesBC portal.

Click on New Upload under Work-Based Training Bulk Upload Jobs section.

Select the Manual Bulk Upload option.

Add the work-based training records for the selected apprentice.

To view a list of all the apprentices and their trade names, click on the magnifier at the bottom of the screen.

A list of all the eligible apprentices is presented.

Click on the specific apprentice’s name and trade registration to add records for the selected apprentice.

Click Submit All after completing all the submission records.

The work-based training records are successfully submitted and can be viewed from the Work-Based Training Bulk Upload Jobs option.
